Ingredients
1 x Stretched pizza dough
1 x Salumi Australia finocchietto
1 x Tin Mutti tomatoes
1 x Low moisture mozzarella
Small handful of fresh Ricotta
Dried oregano
1 Lemon
Hot honey
Method
1. Stretch out one quantity of pizza dough, and slice the Salumi Australia finocchietto super thin.
2. Top the pizza with a thin layer of crushed tomato, season with a little pinch of flakey salt and crack of pepper.
3. Throw on top a little of the low moisture mozzarella, layer up the finocchietto, then cook the pizza at 450 - 470C in your pizza oven of choice.
