"The Salumi Australia finocchietto sliced super thin, with the freshly made ricotta and hot honey is an absolute winning combo!" says Recipearce's Nick Pearce of this pizza coupling.Ingredients1 x Stretched pizza dough1 x Salumi Australia finocchietto1 x Tin Mutti tomatoes1 x Low moisture mozzarellaSmall handful of fresh RicottaDried oregano1 LemonHot honeyMethod1. Stretch out one quantity of pizza dough, and slice the Salumi Australia finocchietto super thin.
2. Top the pizza with a thin layer of crushed tomato, season with a little pinch of flakey salt and crack of pepper.
3. Throw on top a little of the low moisture mozzarella, layer up the finocchietto, then cook the pizza at 450 - 470C in your pizza oven of choice.
