The original, seasoned with black pepper, garlic and spices and the popular chilli piccante can both be hand sliced for sandwiches or eaten as a snack with cheese and a dry white wine.

Formed using the most traditional method of artisan salumi makers, with a time-honoured family recipe, the Salsiccia Sarda is available in the original, fennel finocchietto or chilli piccante varieties. This salami is best sliced thickly and beautifully paired with a traditional flatbread like the Sardinian pane carasau, a pecorino and glass of grenache.

Fresh Free Range Pork Sausage
This traditionally coiled, free-range Pork Sausage is served in a natural casing. Cook it on a medium grill or in the oven until the natural oils release and the casing turns golden in shade. Our salsiccia fresca is available in four flavours - original, fennel and garlic & chilli. Free Range Chorizo
A fermented and semi-dried Spanish-style sausage, Chorizo is best served cooked to infuse the flavours of the chilli and paprika with the pork. When placed on a medium-hot grill, the classic Chorizo releases its sweet, and smoky paprika oil, while the chilli variety promises an extra layer of zing for the palate. Our versatile chorizo can be scored and served whole on its own, or added to sauces, rice, and pasta dishes. Pair with a dry lager or tempranillo.
